Meet the founder

Meet Krissy—
the Mom Behind the Hook.

Krissy is the maker behind The West Nest, where handmade amigurumi has been bringing tiny trouble and big comfort to life since 2021. She is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works with local school districts and a state leader in Say YES to RECESS—because play, movement, and a little harmless mischief belong in every good life.

Most of all, she is a mom of two and the founder of Hooker Mom Club.
